1. Let’s go to dinner tonight then take in a movie.

Note : 

(1)  Easy Pass require client to buy EIKEN Special Seminar Payment ( add “ ei- “ before member nickname ( e.g.  ei-Kenta)

 

(2)  Each Grade require recommended attendance pace weekly

e.g.  Grade 2   7～8 lessons weekly for 3 month ,  5～6 lessons for 4 month

Tutor had better recommend optional course (e.g. Textbook class ) if the client could not attend recommend pace.

 

(3)   Tutor must put Check Test score  into Google Drive Sheet ( Google Dr URL could be registered in member detail ( Purpose ) by Japan desk for all tutors and manager).   Tutor must inform Mr. Leo  of client name chose Easy Pass(package)  , Mr. Leo inform Japan desk of it . Japan desk register Google Dr. URL in member detail .

• Textbook Class Gakken ( without G-1)
• Writing Class (without G-4, G-5 )
• 2^nd Exam Interview Class (G-4 & G-5 have Speaking Class instead of 2^nd Interview )
• Vocabulary Class ( without G-1, G-Pre1 )

• Optional Curse can be taken by  all member ( Point Plan, Monthly Plan, Special Seminar )

 

• Tutor had better recommend Textbook Class if the  client don’t have particular one

自由予約と担任制の違い

1.  各スクールでどちらか1つをお選びください。

2.  自由予約とは、受講者自身で予約・キャンセル・振替をします。（3時間前のキャンセルでポイントが戻ります）

3.  担任制とは、事務局で予約・キャンセル・代行・振替をします。（7日前の通知にて振替を受け付けます）

4.  担任制の講師選定は事務局の裁量になります。講師選定には受講者の年齢やレベルを参考にさせていただきます。

大型台風など自然災害や回線復旧でレッスン提供ができないと判断された場合

連絡方法　：　ご相談・ご質問等は原則メール（日本語）で承ります。

レッスン中のトラブル等緊急なご用件は　「講師への連絡」からチャットボットで対応。

「講師への連絡」が繋がらない場合や、講師では問題解消できない場合は、セブマネージャーChat Support で対応。

バイリンガルクラブご入会が決まりましたら改めてご連絡ください。

「管理人利用規約」「サービス申込書」を送信させていただきます。

以下を確認させていただきサービスを開始させていただきます。

1.   　利用規約に同意の上、バイリンガルクラブ入会申込書にご署名ご捺印
2. 　　ご入会金のお支払い

サービス開始月（サービス開始日）はご入会金お支払い日（お支払い月）若しくは

その翌月からとなりますので、サービス開始月（開始日）をお知らせください。

 1.    Zoom PCアプリを起動する

 

インストールしたZoomアプリケーションをダブルクリックします。

2.  Zoomアカウントにサインイン

 

サインイン画面　の　サインインをクリック

 

 

続いて　受講者のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力して　サインインをクリック

3.   Zoomアカウントで講師からのコールを待ちます。

 

初めての講師の場合、講師からコンタクトリクエストを承認する必要があります。

4.   初めての講師から届いたコンタクトリクエストを承認

 

初めての講師からコンタクトリクエストが届くと画面上部「チャット」に

知らせがあります。（赤色で通知されます）

通知がありましたら「チャット」をクリックしてください。

 

 

 

講師からのコンタクトリクエストを承認します。

「あなたを連絡先として追加したいです」とメッセージが現れます。

5.   講師からのコールを受信

 

講師からコールがありましたら「承認」をクリックします。

 

 

 

続いて「コンピューターでオーディオに参加」をクリックしてください。

6.    Zoomアカウントのサインアウト

 

レッスンが終了したら、Zoomアカウントを閉じます。

そのまま閉じても構いませんが、次に別の受講者が利用する場合は、

アカウントをサインアウトしてから閉じてください。

右上の「ST」をクリックして「サインアウト」をクリック

（上部はアカウント登録者名、　下部にサインアウト）
