― Lesson Procedure ―

① Preparation: It is recommended that students prepare in advance. Prepare answers in a Word document. If written by pencil, scanning the answer sheet and saving it as a file is recommended. (For those who want a real exam-like experience, proceed without prior preparation.)

② Lesson Duration: Depending on the word count, more than one lesson (2 or 3 lessons) may be needed for one question. It is advised to take the same question with the same instructor (although it’s possible to change instructors).

③ During the Lesson: The student will drop their sentences into the instructor’s chat box for correction. The instructor will share the screen with the student and correct each sentence. At the end, the instructor will provide overall advice on the completed text.

④ If Incomplete: If the essay is not completed during the lesson, the instructor will provide the student with the partially completed text in a Word or OpenOffice Writer document.

⑤ Student’s Task: The student should complete the essay before the next lesson and submit it to the instructor during the lesson time.

⑥ Second Lesson: In the second lesson, the instructor will correct the completed essay on a shared screen. This will include corrections, advice, and the completion of the essay, tailored to the student’s level.
