Road congestion poses one of the major problems in many cities today. That is why, there has been an argument on solving this dilemma. There are those who argued that asking for more taxes when buying cars can solve this predicament, while others hold a different view claiming that private automobiles must be prohibited in city centers. From my point of view, I believe that disallowing cars from entering city centers can reduce road congestion, but this cannot be a solution.
