「 検討中 」って英語ではどう言うんでしょか？
アメリカでは ” on the table ” といいます。
例文
The deadline is set, but several important issues are still on the table.
締め切りは決まっているが、いくつかの重要な問題がまだ検討中だ。
“on the table” には、「テーブルの上に」「食事の準備ができた」という意味
にも使いますが、ビジネスシーンでは、企画や提案などが審議中、検討中で
結論はまだ保留になっている、という状態をさします。
一方、“off the table “ は、企画などが審議や検討をされていない状態、
つまり、提案されていない状態をさします。
