当サービスでは、レッスン予約に必要なポイント消費、残ポイントの

管理を各受講者にお願いしています。（利用規約第4条23項）

以下にご案内します「利用規約」、「残ポイント確認方法」、「ポイントの消費（消化）」

についてご確認いただき、当サービスご利用期間中は、残ポイントと消費ポイントの

確認を受講者ご自身でお願いいたします。

利用規約第4条23項　（購入したポイントの管理）

以下利用規約の一部については若干の修正、変更の可能性がございます。

最終確認はHページ「利用規約」からご確認ください。

甲：　当サービス管理者

乙：　当サービス利用者

購入したポイントの利用（消費）、残ポイント数の管理は乙自身で行うものとします。1コマ（25分)予約に1ポイントが仮消費され、キャンセルでポイントが戻ります。乙はマイページから予約キャンセルをした後、甲からの予約キャンセル確認メール（自動配信）を確認することで、予約キャンセルが成立したことを承諾します。（乙の回線速度不足などの原因でマイページからの予約キャンセルが成立しない場合があることを乙は承諾します）

受講者の欠席、特別固定予約、講師側原因と認められないレッスンの未完、第4条14項に定める不可抗力によるレッスンの未完（以降「レッスン完了以外のポイント消費」という）、レッスン完了は、ポイント消化になります。乙は、予約、レッスン完了、残ポイントをマイページから確認します。レッスン完了以外のポイント消費はマイページで確認できないので、乙自身で記録します。

残ポイントの表示については乙は甲が提供するマイページ運用システムを信頼していることとします。　乙が残ポイント及びポイント消費履歴に疑問を持った場合、乙が初めてポイントを購入した日（以降「有料会員日」）から3ヶ月以内であれば、甲は乙からの残ポイント及びポイント消費に関する問合せ（以降「残ポイントに関する問合せ」という）に回答します。乙が有料会員日から3ヶ月を超えた残ポイントに関する問合せについては、相当な期間が経過しているため甲は回答いたしません。ただし、乙が甲に残ポイントに関する問合せをした日から7日前までの範囲であれば、レッスンの完了、レッスン完了以外のポイント消費、講師側原因でのポイント返還に関する乙からの問合せに甲は回答します。

但し、システム障害、インターネット回線障害、第4条14項に定める不可抗力を理由に、残ポイント及びポイント消費に関する乙からの問合せに甲は回答できないことがあることを乙は承諾します。

ポイント消費（消化）について

受講者は、予約、レッスン完了受講歴（共にポイント消費）残ポイントをマイページから確認します。

受講者の欠席などレッスン完了以外のポイント消費はマイページで確認できないので、

受講者自身で記録していただく必要がございます。

以下の理由によりポイント消費（消化）になります

●　レッスンの予約　（仮消費）

ご予約時点でポイントが仮消費されます。　規定以内でご予約をキャンセルすると

ポイントは償還されます。

●　レッスン完了

規定の条件でレッスンが完了するとポイントが消化されます。

レッスン完了はマイページ「受講履歴」からご覧いただけます。

●　受講者の欠席

受講者が「欠席」ボタンをクリックすると「欠席」となりポイントが消化されます。

また、レッスン開始時間から10分経過して、受講者が講師からのコールに

応答しない場合は「欠席」となります。

●　特別固定予約

特別固定予約サービスをご利用の受講者は、特別固定予約サービスの予約をした時点でポイント消化となります。

●　講師側原因と認められないレッスンの未完

回線障害などトラブルが原因でレッスン完了していない場合、トラブルの原因が講師側に認められない場合はポイント消化となります。

●　利用規約第4条14項に定める不可抗力に起因するレッスンの未完

フィリピン国内の政情、自然災害、感染症、ネット障害などの不可抗力に起因 して、レッスンの提供が困難であった場合

●　添削サービス（添削くん）を利用

添削サービス（添削くん）で、投稿いただいた回答文の添削結果

を受講者に送信した後に、管理者側でポイントを消化致します。

投稿いただいたWord数に応じて既定のポイント数が消化されます。
