It’s wise to do business in the Philippines now. But foremost, it is best to visit and check what is the busiest enterprise and observe how it works. Like the coffee industry made it’s rank to no. 1 on the list, so setting up a Coffee shop this year is way to go within business areas. Others want to invest in a resort since tourists all over the world visit the country all year round. Or even restaurants that cater fresh and healthy international food for Americans, Europeans or SEA cuisine. Thus, farming can be remunerative for investors having a higher return on investment applying the latest technology and expensive machinery with at least 60 hectares of agricultural land.
To be honest, average Filipinos don’t make much money and prefer something affordable. However, if there’s a perfect niche that is believed to be lucrative, think differently and go for it. An aspiring entrepreneur with a little capital can start out small and test the market potential gains. For a ‘tycoon’ wannabe always start an individual company, enterprising dealer that has deep knowledge; has connection locally( e.g. government or military) and link up with the right people to avoid hanky panky business.
